[THRIVE] Mandalas with Sharon

February 28 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Drawing Mandalas as a tool to quieten the mind. Mindfulness and art combined. You will need paper (sketchbook or scrap paper) pencils or pens and any colouring equipment you prefer, be it coloured pencils or paints. Have your yoga mat handy too!
