By signing up to be a member of Club Dogwood you signify your consent to the following Terms of Service.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to any content, images, videos, materials and/or services we supply are owned by us. Copying, adaptation or distribution or any other use of all or any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited. Violation may be subject to damages.
You work with your own dog in your own time and therefore we cannot guarantee success with our training methods. We have a high success rate with previous clients who follow and practice our methods in the long term. Results are never instant and take commitment.
We shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages arising out of your use of the resources.
When you register as a member you consent to receive email and postal communication. We will not disclose any personal information about you to third parties, except where we believe such disclosure is necessary to enforce these Terms of Use.
We may share success stories, videos and photos about your dog in print or online. If you send, share or post comments, videos or images we shall be entitled to unrestricted use for any purpose, commercial or otherwise without any compensation to you.
If you’re joining during a special offer, we want to make sure you get the most value from your bonus package and prevent overwhelm, and so not all bonuses will be delivered immediately. Instead, we've designed the delivery of the bonuses to ensure you receive the right benefits at the right time. This thoughtful approach allows us to tailor the bonuses to your journey and provide you with a complete and highly effective experience. To receive the ongoing benefits included in a bonus package, it is necessary to keep your membership active until all bonuses have been delivered to you.

Billing & payments: Club Dogwood

Your first payment is taken straightaway. Your billing cycle begins on the day you first sign up for the subscription. For example, if you first signed up on 7th July, then your next payment would be 7th August. Your subscription amount will remain unchanged as long as your membership is in good standing. If you cancel you are welcome to rejoin again anytime at the current rate. Upon cancellation you will lose all benefits. No refunds will be issued.

You can view your subscription by visiting Profile -> Account -> Subscription. From here you can also view all of your past payments, and update the card on file.

We may make changes to these Terms at any time and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for staying informed of updates. Your continued use of Club Dogwood represents that you have accepted such changes.
