We’re back with part 2 of this popular workshop! Drawing Mandalas as a tool to quieten the mind. Mindfulness and art combined. You will need paper (sketchbook or scrap paper) pencils or pens and any colouring equipment you prefer, be it coloured pencils or paints. Have a comfy space or yoga mat handy too!
